Sale/Leaseback

Institutional tenants will often use sale/leaseback transactions to facilitate the disposition of their assets—in some cases as off balance sheet financing. This allows larger institutional tenants the opportunity to focus on its core business, and not excess real estate. In such situations, opportunities arise for Keystone when the credit of the tenant can be leveraged to create value combined with the upside of retenanting the asset.
