Distressed Properties

Keystone will target known distressed properties whose owners cannot finance the releasing/downtime costs. We find creative ways to take out these properties whether it is through a joint venture or making contact with the restructuring groups within the lender organizations and try to preempt a loan giveback via a note sale.
