Keystone Executive Center

This project is a two story 105,000 SF office building located in the heart of the Main Line in suburban Philadelphia. Its location provides immediate access to I-476, Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue), the SEPTA R5 regional rail line and numerous local bus routes. In 2009, Keystone renovated the entire building. Features include a two story atrium lobby with a floating monumental staircase, new low E-glass and glazing system with significantly-increased window lines, unique traditional/contemporary exterior appearance, a new roof-mounted high-efficiency HVAC system, and new European-Style ADA-compliant bathrooms with hands free fixtures. In addition, a parking structure was added providing one of the most generous parking allowances in the Radnor market. Main Line Health System signed a long term lease for the entire building and won the Philadelphia Business Journal's "Best Office Lease/Suburban" award in 2010.
