Crosskeys Office Center

Crosskeys Office Center, located minutes from Routes 611 and 202 in the center of Doylestown, is an 82,000 SF office building. Keystone bought this property from a disinterested seller who had deferred substantial maintenance and capital improvements. Redevelopment for the property included a new façade, state-of-the-art glass and glazing system, and site improvements to maximize parking and efficiencies for traffic flow. Also, there was an additional parcel to the site that was carved out for future land development and eventually sold off separately to an adjacent property owner. Rents for the newly renovated project doubled and sold two years after redevelopment to an institutional investor. Marquis tenants included Wachovia Bank, Morgan Stanley and office for Bucks County.
