Randolph Johnson, South East Regional Director

Randolph Johnson joined Keystone Property Group in July 2011. As Regional Director for the Southeast Region, he oversees the development, marketing and management of Keystone's entire office and industrial portfolio in Florida totaling almost 700,000 square feet.

Before joining the Keystone team, Mr. Johnson spent just over ten (10) years as the Senior Leasing Representative for Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), a publically traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) where he was responsible for the leasing and development of Liberty's office and industrial portfolio, encompassing nearly 2 million square feet throughout the South Florida market. During his tenure he completed nearly 5 million square feet of lease transactions and over 500k square feet of acquisitions and new development. Mr. Johnson's past experience also includes positions at Cushman & Wakefield's of Florida's Financial Services Group, Colliers International and past commercial appraisal experience.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the School of Business at Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland and is a licensed real estate sales person in Florida. Mr. Johnson is also a member of the South Florida Chapter of NAIOP and formerly served on the NAIOP's South Florida Chapters Board of Directors.
