Gregory R. Hansen, Vice President of Leasing and Development

Gregory Hansen has been a member of the Keystone team since April 2002. His responsibilities as Mid-Atlantic Regional Director include overseeing the leasing and redevelopment of nearly 1.5 million square feet of existing office properties for Keystone Property Group.

Before joining Keystone, Gregory was a Vice President with Liberty Property Trust in Malvern, PA where he developed nearly 350,000 square feet of new office and industrial buildings and negotiated more than 2.5 million square feet of leases. Gregory previously developed more than 500,000 square feet of office and flex buildings with a commercial real estate company in Colorado Springs, CO.

Gregory graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Economics. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute of the National Association of Realtors. Gregory is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and Colorado. He has also been active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
