Adam Silverman, Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management

Adam Silverman joined Keystone Property Group in January 2007 and as Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management, he is responsible for sourcing and executing on acquisitions in the Southeast region as well as overseeing his region's asset management responsibilities, tracking cash flow and use of debt capital. Currently, Mr. Silverman oversees 1 Million square feet of office space.

Before joining Keystone, Mr. Silverman spent four years as the Land Manager for Orleans Homebuilders, Inc., where he handled land acquisitions throughout the Philadelphia tri-state area representing more than 5,000 residential building lots with a total value of $325 million. Adam was also the MIS Director for the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department and a Production Supervisor with Craig Taylor Construction Company, where he directed daily residential home building activities.

Mr. Silverman graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a B.A. in Journalism.
